INFO: Another Country is an English Language Second Hand Bookshop, which is mostly used as a library. We have about twenty thousand books that you can buy or borrow. You simply pay the price of a book, which you get back, minus a 1,50 Euro charge, should you choose to return it.
Another Country is also a club which hosts readings, cultural events, social evenings, filmnights and many other things.

Tuesdays in November
The note got lost... and now I've found it again in the one place I hadn't looked for it: my film file! Sometimes being organized creates chaos...
First Tuesday in November, 7.th, that is, i.e. tomorrow we will finally have (how many attempts have we made so far?) "Germany, Year Zero", 1949 that classic Italian Neorealism film by Roberto Rossellini. As extension of the Italian season could also be seen La Commare secca, 1962, by Bernardo Bertolucci.
Tuesday, 14. November is going to be a special repeat/surprise film - for more details ask in the bookshop.
Currently being deeply emersed in concentrated thinking things over - considering a season of more recent British films, say the last 10 years, we would welcome suggestions from all interested: remember, this is the people's filmclub and those who watch the movies, decide about the show!
We are also interested in Australian film - what's on, what's good, what would you like to see?
